Q: How do I stop my paper statements?
A: You can stop receiving paper statements in the mail by signing up for our paperless
statements. With paperless statements you will receive an email notifying you when
your statement is ready to view online.
To enroll, simply log on to the
and click on the Go Paperless icon. It’s quick, easy and free!
Q: If I switch to paperless statements, will I be able to get
copies of my paper statements?
A: Yes, you can always click on “View Billing Statements” on the Account Information
screen and print out your last six statements. You can also call Customer Service
at 1-800-253-2322 to request copies. You may be charged a $2.00 fee for each page.
There is no charge if you request copies to resolve a reported billing error.
Q: Can I cancel paperless statements and start receiving paper
A: Yes, you can always go back to paper statements. To do so, you will need to call
Customer Service at 1-800-349-7472.
Q: Is there a cost to enroll in paperless statements?
A: No, enrolling in paperless statements is free.
Q: How do I pay my bill if I have paperless statements?
A: The easiest way to pay your bill is online. Simply select “Online Bill Pay” and
set up online payments. It’s, fast, easy, secure and free!
You can also send your payments to Merrick Bank, Payment Processing Center, PO Box
30537, Tampa, FL 33630-3537. Be sure to write your account number on your check.
Or if you prefer, you can make your payment over the telephone by calling 1-800-253-2322.

Q: I'm enrolled in paperless statements but I'm not receiving
my notification to view my statements. What do I need to do?
A: There are a couple of things you can do. First, please check to make sure that
your email address is correct in our system. You can do this by going to the Account
Services link, and select “Change Account Information.”
Second, please make sure to add Merrick Bank Customer Service to your email address
book so that your paperless statements can be delivered to your inbox. If you continue
to have difficulties, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-253-2322.
Q: Can I view my account transactions since my last online statement?
A: Yes, within the “Account Information” link select “Account Summary.” You will
see a summary of all activity on your account from your last statement date. Charges
are updated 24 to 48 hours from the date they are received from the merchant.
