Dispute an error on your account – if you think
your bill is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction on your
bill, you can notify us of a legitimate dispute by writing to us at Merrick Bank,
P.O. Box 5000, Draper, UT 84020 and tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error
and explain why you believe there is an error.
It's our goal to work with you to help manage your account. Also, it's important
to understand that there are real consequences for not paying your Merrick Bank
credit card account that can affect your credit score, your ability to get other
forms of credit or even future employment opportunities.
While some of these organizations and individuals are legitimate and offer worthwhile
services to their clients, many do not. In fact, retaining the wrong counselor could
actually impair your ability to repay your debt and improve your credit rating.
