Merrick Bank believes in bettering the community in which it operates by helping
others. Merrick Bank reinvests in its community in a number of ways, including donating
time to programs such as
Utah Microenterprise Loan Fund and First Step House. In addition, Merrick Bank donated
over $120,000 to various non-profit organizations in 2011. Finally, the Bank has
Financial Education Center
on its website to educate consumers about credit, banking, and other related topics.
In 2011, over 30,000 consumers visited its Financial Education Center.
